Stallholder Application

Thank you for your interest in having a stall at the Blue Mountains' largest community festival.

We are changing things in 2019 and reducing the number of stalls, as well as the footprint of the festival, and we will not be running the parade. There will be fewer stalls overall, and the selection process will be competitive, but we think stallholders will benefit because their customers will have more time, experience less crowding, and there will be no trading halt while the street is cleared for the parade.

Stall sizes are 3×3 marquee spaces and each stallholder will need to provide their own setup.

TO REDUCE WASTE STALLHOLDERS MUST ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING RULES ON PACKAGING:

NO single use plastic bags
ALL cutlery must be bamboo or bio-degradable
ALL plates, cups & bowls must be paper
NO plastic straws
Lids, if used, must BE COMPOSTABLE  (made from corn starch)

ALL sections in the application form must be completed with ALL attachments required otherwise your application will not be considered.

You must have javascript enabled to use this form.

You may request either one or both zones. Please check the restrictions.
