Apply for a Stall
Applications for stalls for the 2016 festival are open from 1st Jan 2016.
Please note that there will be changes to the stall price structure – this is due to a reworking of our sustainability plan and a reduction in stall numbers due to changes in stall mapping.
We will be having another amazing selection of traders at this year's festival with a strong representation of local and handmade traders.
Stallholders are required to use biodegradable, paper, OR reused plastic bags for their packaging.
NO NEW/SINGLE USE PLASTIC BAGS ARE TO BE USED BY ANY STALLHOLDERS.
ALL cutlery must be bamboo
ALL plates, cups & bowls must be paper
NO straws
lids if used must COMPOSTABLE (made from corn starch)
A local preferred supplier of biodegradable bags and packaging is Bag Man Packaging.

***PLEASE NOTE: Any trader that sets up a stall on the day without prior Winter Magic Festival permission will be fined by Council and be moved on.
