The Big Day is Over

The big day is over for 2008 and now a large programme of Satellite Events over the next week will round off the Festival.

We’d love to hear your suggestions as to how we can make Winter Magic 2009 even better. Whether you experienced something on the day or through a Satellite Event, please fill out the comments form.

The Ouroboros

	This year’s Winter Magic poster by local artist Lyn Harrison features the Ouroboros. Lyn has created the Winter Magic posters for the past 14 years. Every year she captures another unique aspect of the festival. This year is no exception. The Ouroboros is a perfect representation.

Saturday 21st June Festival Programme

The train is a great way to travel to the Festival This year’s programme includes over 60 performances across 9 stages on the Saturday alone and an extensive Satellite Events Programme that begins with ArtStreet and World Juggling Day on Saturday 14th June.

Activities continue all the way to Saturday 28th June. Despite the high quality and number of performances, all official Saturday events are free.

Please note: the parade leaves from the Katoomba Public School (see map). People wishing to participate should join the parade organisers at the school between 10:30 and 11:00am.
