From a hopeful start in 1994, the Winter Magic Festival in Katoomba has grown in size and profile to the point where it is the Blue Mountains major annual event. The Festival marks the shift from the ever-shortening days of Winter to the lengthening days of Spring and the promise of warmth and rejuvenation.
