Aside from a brilliant programme of events and activities in Katoomba St on the Saturday, the Winter Magic programme for 2005 will extend to beautiful Everglades Gardens on Sunday 19th June. After enjoying the Saturday revellery up and down the main street of Katoomba, come and celebrate the winter solstice on Sunday in the stark wintery beauty of Everglades. There is no event more suited to our naturally magical garden than the Winter Magic Treasure Hunt. Kids love it. Adults love it.This year the children braved a melted witch crime scene, harpies' lair, wizards' parking lot, robot lolly house, fairy glades, troll bridge, bat cave, bad banksia terrace, magical bushes full of magical things, and more to find the secret message and five treasures. What will they encounter next year?
