 While Saturday is a day of frenetic activity, performance, street parade and dress-up, the Sunday will be a little more relaxed without any loss of magic. In fact, on Festival Sunday the Carrington Hotel will be taken over by magicians.
A full programme of magic will include demonstations of how to perform your own tricks or plenty of opportunity to relax and watch some of Australia's finest magicians. An introduction to Magic
This one hour session has been designed to introduce you the world of magic and the possibilities that it has as an enriching hobby. – In the United States you only have to ask a class of students, “what would you like to be when you leave school”, many will answer – “A Magician”. Magic is now being recognised as being more than just pulling rabbits out of hats; it is an art form and an exceedingly rewarding pastime. For the young and the young at heart who would like to consider becoming a magician, this session is ideal. Meet professional Magicians who have made a fabulous living from magic. Learn how you could become a big earner, travelling the world and performing on top cruise ships.
