The Senior Citizens Lounge area will be the location of a range of healing practices. A calm space amid the exuberance of the festival will be provided for all to participate in Tarot readings, Flower essences and other modalities. ) to discuss their participation on the day. The "Slowly Soulful” Café will be in operation in the Senior Citizens Kitchen, adjacent to the Civic Centre. Following the principles of Cittaslow and sourcing local organic veggies, it will be offering a nourishing menu at reasonable cost. The Slowly Soulful Cafe will also be host to the singers and musicians of the Joy of Music throughout the day. Upstairs there will be a cosy chill-out space, with chai, coffee & cakes, cushions and a great opportunity to socialise in a laid-back setting. Natural health practitioners and healers will be offering therapies such as Massage, Reiki, energy balancing and other modalities yet to be confirmed.
