Busking Competition
The BUSKING COMPETITION will again be run at this year's festival.
Sponsored by Song Cave Studios, the stage will be located at the roundabout near the Family Hotel.
Buskers will be able to sign up on the day.
Registrations will take place from 11am and the competition starts at 1pm.
Songcave Studios will supply the "BUSKERS PRIZE CERTIFICATE" again worth $750 of recording and mastering time!
Also Blue Mountains Music Festival has again donated a double pass to the 2016 festival!
Katoomba Music is also again donating a great prize as below.

General Busking and Street Theatre in the Blue Mountains
Busking and Street Theatre in public places adds to the character and culture of a town however it can also presents some challenges to community safety and amenity. Consideration must be given to the stall holders that have paid to have spaces and to not blocking festival attendees from visiting stalls.
Along with logical consideration to not impede traffic flow, any buskers or street theatre performers are advised to visit and view the Blue Mountains City Council's listing and restrictions on busking in Katoomba:
