DRUMMING WORKSHOP with SAMBA NINJAS ahead of the Grand Parade

Samba Ninja is lead by Tom Harding, aka Tom the Pom.
For the past 8 years, Tom the Pom's DRUMMING & SAMBA workshops have been among
some of the most exciting parts of the Blue Mountains Winter Magic Festival.
Tom the Pom, aka Tom Harding, is a performer with an international reputation having worked with many of the world's largest festivals. Tom has been leading Samba workshops since 1998 and has taught in UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Isle of Mann, Dubai and Essex.

For one day each year, Katoomba can claim Tom as one of their own!

Tom invites residents and visitors to join his Saturday morning drumming and percussion workshop on Festival morning. If that's for you, Tom wants you at the Katoomba Public School Green Shed, Katoomba (the green shed can be seen to the right of the playing fields) Entrance to the workshop is via Lurline St – the driveway next to the Clarendon at 9:30am on SAT 18th JUNE.
Instruments are provided. FREE of Charge!
Be a star of the parade. You'll learn a few simple yet beautiful rhythms and then join the troupe which never fails to be a lively and most passionate part of the parade.
